Level belt conveyors

The range of powered belt conveyors is designed for applications where improved load control and speed of operation are important factors. They are particularly useful when a conveyor is required to carry fragile loads or a wide range of load weights or sizes.

Power Roller Conveyors

A powered roller conveyor is used to convey flat based loads horizontally and where there is a requirement to slide loads on or off the conveyor at a transfer position or picking face. Rollers are driven either by the frictional force of a full length transmission belt passing beneath them or positively by chains driving sprockets positioned at the end of each roller. Using these methods, loadings of 240kg per meter are possible.

Gravity / Roller Conveyors

Multistore offer a large range of gravity roller conveyors for almost any application or industry. These gravity conveyors can offer a cost effective simple solution for most conveying requirements.

Many types of rollers and side frame materials are available including aluminium and stainless steel, to suit general, hygienic or food grade applications. The popular gravity conveyor is a formed steel side frame with rollers, offering a smooth aesthetically pleasing product.

Gravity roller conveyors can be installed wherever movement of the load is manually controlled. A shallow decline can be created by adjusting the stand height, allowing loads to be moved under the force of gravity.

Expandable Flexible Conveyors

Both highly mobile and extremely flexible the Expandaveyors can be moved, stretched out and positioned in minutes. Just simply wheel it out and expand it straight or around bends to suit your needs. When finished just close the unit up and store away. This flexible conveyor has lattice side frames which enable it to be stretched around corners or even tight bends with ease. These machines can be used on their own or to supplement existing installations in stores, warehouses or assembly lines. Our flexible conveyors can be fitted with low inertia plastic or steel skatewheels, plastic or steel rollers, mild steel and stainless steel bearings are available, allowing all types of goods to be accommodated.
