A typical turnkey project for our clients can include the installation of warehouse racking, shelving, mezzanine floors and conveyors for their storage and handling requirements. This could also include a new office fit out, where we typically supply and install new demountable office partitioning, office furniture & seating, suspended ceilings, floor coverings and provide decoration and welfare facilities such as kitchen areas, canteen furniture and toilet cubicles. All plumbing and electrical requirements can also be accommodated.

We Will:

Advise and help design your new racking/shelving storage systems, or interiors fit out and ensure that it is not only visually pleasing but also very practical and cost effective. There are many things to consider at this stage and we will work closely with you to ensure the best results are achieved to give you what you want.

Liaise with the local authorities on your behalf to obtain building regulations approval when required. (Mezzanine Floors for example)

Project manage, in terms of contractor co-ordination, installation, deliveries, materials provision and trouble shooting.

Agree with you the cost, budget and time scale for the satisfactory completion of the works.

Install the project on time and within budget. This requires considerable expertise and we have many years of experience in this type of work.

Each and every one of our projects will be allocated a project installation manager. We will establish a good working relationship with you and your people. Our installation managers are there to oversea the entire project from start to finish and to keep you informed as to progress etc. The project would only be signed off upon satisfactory completion.
